I received my Ph.D. degree from the Dept. of Computer Science at Purdue University.
My research interests lie in the area of data engineering. Specifically, I am interested in query processing and optimization. In particular, I am interested in context-aware query processing, and spatio-temporal query processing and optimization. I am also interested in security engineering and the embedding of security business rules into the software development life cycle.
