User account:
- Each user is responsible for choosing a password that is difficult to guess. The password shouldn't be a word in dictionary for example.

- There are some accounts that I suspect they are not created by us, those include
u1, user3, per, per2, per3. I've disabled them and will remove them if no one complains and I don't manage to verify them.
